Accurate Nutritonal Advice The Physical Training is a small part of what we do to get you in shape, think about it like this, you really only exercise for the most part twice a day for only 40mins at a time (Sometimes more depending on your goal) but you need to eat and fuel the body all day so it is constantly on the mind. It is no wonder that nutrition is an integral part of any fitness program, whether you are looking to gain, lose or maintain weight. My extensive and ongoing research and knowledge in this area has often been the key in unlocking many clients potential and helped them reach their optimum body sooner rather than never.
Accessability and Support All One on One clients have my personal mobile number which they can use from 5am till 9pm. Whether they are out at a restaurant and need help with the menu selections or they are at the super market shopping for the week, they can call me or SMS and I am there to help answer questions and keep them on track. On holidays they simply call me or log on to my website for usefull workout tips to keep them in shape while on the road, and with the phenomenom that is Face book it is now so much easier to have round the clock access.

This initial 4 week program is only delivered to you after you have completed our comprehensive questionnaire outlining exactly what it is you want to achieve and also give us the background info on your lifestyle. We look at what you have access to in terms of equipment and finance then provide you with a comprehensive training guide to follow for the next 4 weeks. Your program will include some or all of the following components depending on your goals which we will derive from your initial coaching assessment
